Champaign City Council to vote on bicycle parking requirement
CHAMPAIGN – A proposal that would require bicycle parking for new buildings is headed to the city council.
A proposed zoning-text amendment requiring bicycle parking in Champaign won the unanimous endorsement of the plan commission last week. The council will consider the requirement on Oct. 21.
