Developer seeks agreement over reimbursement rate
TOLONO – Eighteen houses have been built in a Tolono subdivision, but the developer still has no agreement with the village on how much of the money he will receive from the local tax increment financing district.
Dan Noel of Great Plaines Land Development, LLC, on Tuesday asked the village board for a redevelopment agreement on the third phase of his Kinderwood South subdivision. The subdivision south of County Road 800 N (Rocket Road) is in Tolono's tax increment financing district.
