Fifth civil suit filed in Jon White case

URBANA – A fifth Jon White-related civil suit was filed Wednesday afternoon on behalf of one Urbana girl and her parents, called Jane Doe-4 and Julie and John Doe-4, respectively.

The suit, filed by Urbana attorney Thomas Bruno, contains allegations against White, the former Urbana teacher convicted of 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, eight in Champaign County and two in McLean County. The suit seeks monetary damages.
