Attempted robbery under investigation
CHAMPAIGN – Police are investigating an attempted robbery of a loan business in Champaign.
Champaign police spokeswoman Rene Dunn said a man came into the Check Into Cash, 1507 N. Prospect Ave., C, at 5:34 p.m. Wednesday, as the male employee was closing.
