Academy of Arts and Sciences inducting two from UI
University of Illinois Chancellor Richard Herman and chemistry Professor Jeffrey Moore will be inducted into the American Academy of Arts and Sciences on Saturday during a ceremony in Cambridge, Mass.
This will be the academy's 228th class of fellows to be honored for "cutting-edge research and scholarship, artistic accomplishment and exemplary service to society," according to a release from the academy.
