Danville girl makes vow to set standard for baby
DANVILLE – At 15, Jessica Penn sat in a hospital emergency room, stunned by the news that she was pregnant.
"I don't need kids. I'm too young," she thought. She never imagined she'd become a teen mom like her mother and older sister.
