Petersburg woman picked to fill 4th District Appellate vacancy
SPRINGFIELD – The Illinois Supreme Court has assigned a Menard County judge to serve on the 4th District Appellate Court in Springfield.
Carol Pope, 54, of Petersburg will begin Dec. 1, filling a vacancy created by the retirement of Justice Robert Cook of Quincy, who will turn 65 in November.
