CHAMPAIGN – When Columbia Center, the Champaign school district's alternative program for middle and high school students, closes at the end of this semester, its students will have to go elsewhere.

The Champaign school board will talk about placement for Columbia students when it meets at 7 p.m. Monday at the Mellon Administrative Center, 703 S. New St., C.
