Douglas County animal control officer resigns
TUSCOLA – The Douglas County Board accepted the resignation of Veterinarian Kathleen McManamon as the county's animal control administrator, effective Nov. 30.
Board member Kathy Rhodes said McManamon wanted to devote more time to her veterinary practice.
