Mahomet man pardoned by Bush admitted false claim to feds
PEORIA – Federal court records show a Mahomet man who received a presidential pardon Monday admitted in 1988 to making a false claim and agreed to pay restitution to a railroad pension system.
Richard Michael Culpepper of was among 14 people President Bush pardoned Monday.
