Authorities seek information on home invasion
Champaign County Crimestoppers and the Champaign County sheriff's office are seeking information about a home invasion Nov. 5 in the 400 block of Dodson Drive, Urbana.
A 38-year-old woman had just gone to sleep in her home about 6 that evening, but was awakened a short time later by the sound of banging, according to the sheriff's office. She found her rear door had been forced open and a man grabbed her from behind, pulling her shirt over her head, and knocked her to the ground.
