Valleybrook South Drive residents get chance to rename street

CHAMPAIGN – Valleybrook South Drive in southwest Champaign will be getting a new street name in coming weeks, with residents getting to help select it.

The city council voted 7-1 Tuesday night to change the name of Valleybrook South Drive, which is often confused with the nearby Valley Brook Drive, resulting in misdelivered mail and packages.
