Attitudes need to change, Rantoul panel hears
RANTOUL – Rantoul's village administrator says one part of the community's economic redevelopment will involve removing blighted properties and replacing them with exciting new projects.
But, just as important, he said, is the need to inspire a change of heart among Rantoul's citizens to appreciate the treasures the community already has and to bring about a positive future for the village.
