Four men arrested in connection with armed robbery
CHAMPAIGN – Champaign police arrested four men Saturday in connection with an armed robbery near the University of Illinois on Saturday morning.
A 20-year-old Champaign man was reportedly robbed at gunpoint shortly before 1:30 a.m. in the 400 block of East Armory Avenue. Cash, credit cards, a money clip and a driver's license were taken, according to a Champaign police report.
