Officials warn of possible scam involving Urbana High School
URBANA – The Urbana School District is warning residents of a potential scam involving Urbana High School.
A Mahomet resident alerted district officials that a phone solicitor called her business to raise money for the high school, as they'd "been invited to a cool tournament," according to a press release from the district. Officials notified local authorities about the potential scam.
