Tolono hires firm to assess need for TIF agreement
TOLONO – Village officials are investing $15,000 to help them decide what kind of tax break to give a housing developer.
The village board Tuesday hired Foth Infrastructure & Environment LLC to review the construction cost and analyze the need for a tax increment financing agreement for the Kinderwood South subdivision's third phase.
