Urbana man accused of locking up wife
URBANA – An Urbana man is accused of periodically locking his wife in a bedroom over the past six months.
Vernon Norman, 69, who listed an address in the 1100 block of North Division Street, Urbana, was arraigned Monday on a felony charge of unlawful restraint and a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery.
