PHILO – A brand-new home will be unveiled to the Montgomery family sometime this afternoon.
Nathan and Jenny Montgomery and their four children, back in town after a vacation in Disney World, will be driven to their extremely made-over home at 407 N. Harrison St., Philo. The house will be kept hidden from view (behind the "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" bus), until the family and the crowd shouts, "Move that bus!"
The Montgomerys will be arriving via chauffeured limo, but if spectators want to see it, they'll have to board a charter bus at Willard Airport in Savoy. Buses are expected to start filling up with people around 8 a.m.
The "reveal" will happen sometime between 1 and 3 p.m., according to organizers with ABC's "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition."
Host Ty Pennington, the show's designers and builders Ed Brady and Bob Brady of Brady Homes will lead the family through their new house. The family reportedly will not be available for interviews with the media until Wednesday.
Over the past seven days, the Montgomerys' old home was torn down and a new, 2,800-square-foot home built in its place by Brady Homes, the "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" crew and thousands of volunteers.
