Urbana attorney takes woman's DUI/reckless homicide case
URBANA – Urbana attorney Harvey Welch has agreed to represent a Champaign woman on charges that her drunken and reckless driving caused the death of an Ogden woman last month.
Welch appeared in Champaign County Circuit Court on Friday afternoon on behalf of Elizabeth Drewes, 53, of the 1000 block of Churchhill Downs Drive.
