St. Joseph couple testify about details of home invasion
URBANA — A St. Joseph couple testified Tuesday in harrowing detail about being attacked in their home, tied up and threatened with guns for hours as masked intruders ransacked their house, robbing them of cash, jewelry, guns, knives and electronics.
Robert Rigdon, 71, and his wife of 46 years, Diane Rigdon, 67, were the first witnesses in the Champaign County jury trial of Jamal T. Williams, 20, of Chicago.
