Snow causes crashes; Champaign imposes snow rules
CHAMPAIGN - Several crashes caused traffic delays on westbound Interstate 74 at about noon Tuesday.
The worst backup occurred between Neil Street and Lincoln Avenue, but Illinois State Police have seen crashes on I-74 all the way into Vermilion County, said Sgt. Bill Emery. They're also happening on Interstate 57 and on two-lane highways.
