Residents in Champaign and Vermilion counties don't have to worry about their recycled material not getting picked up, whether it's from their curb or dropoff sites.
Some municipalities that take on the responsibility of selling the recyclable materials they collect are now losing money rather than making money, putting pressure on already strapped budgets.
