Champaign council to review Open Meetings Act procedures
CHAMPAIGN – The city has emerged the clear victor in a lawsuit that questioned some of the city council's procedures for going into an executive – or secret – session.
Now that it's over, the city council will consider in study session some changes to its procedures that ought to please Open Meetings Act advocates. The council meets at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the City Building, 102 N. Neil St.
