Champaign council changes procedures for going into closed session
CHAMPAIGN – City council members unanimously approved a proposal Tuesday to open up some of their procedures for going into closed session.
Meeting in study session, the council gave its approval to City Attorney Fred Stavins to revise council rules for procedures for going into closed session.
