Postal worker calling it quits at age 79
URBANA – Today's the day. Colleen Weir is finally going nonpostal after 29 years working for the postal service.
Friday was the last day of work at the Urbana post office for the 79-year-old rural Bement resident, and it was clear that, despite the barbs and wisecracks, her colleagues really will miss her.
