Fire damages house in Ludlow

LUDLOW – A fire at a home in Ludlow caused minimal damage to an upper floor Wednesday morning.

Firefighters were called about 10:40 a.m. to the residence of Ron and Jill Dulske, 213 S. Hickory St.
