GOP gets top spot in Urbana; Dems in City of Champaign Township

Republican candidate Rex Bradfield will be at the top of the ballot for mayor in Urbana, after a drawing Wednesday morning. In the earlier of two-ballot placement lotteries, Democrats came out on top over Republicans in City of Champaign Township.
