Duo facing off to fill remainder of Danville treasurer's term
DANVILLE – City treasurer Lisa Monson, running for her first elected term after her appointment in 2007, is being challenged by a former city employee, Richard "Dick" Wallace.
Monson was appointed as treasurer by Mayor Scott Eisenhauer after Teresa Winn resigned to return to the information systems director's position.
