Williams credits personal touch in re-election as Rantoul mayor
RANTOUL – Neal Williams credited door-to-door campaigning for helping him to win election for a third term as Rantoul mayor.
"I covered 70 percent of the town going door to door with friends and family," Williams said. "I listened to residents' hopes and concerns and dreams and talked about my vision for Rantoul's future."
