Fisher will plant trees, shrubs on man's property
FISHER – In an effort to make amends to a homeowner after most of the trees bordering his property were cut down last fall during a cleanout of a portion of Owl Creek, the village will spend up to $1,500 on trees and shrubs that it will plant on resident Terry Primmer's property.
The village will take responsibility for watering them the first month after they are planted and will adjust water charges for Primmer's subsequent watering. Primmer said in October he was concerned about holding the banks behind his home after the 13 trees on top of the bank were removed.
