Mom accused via YouTube held on $50,000 bond
URBANA – The mother of a 15-year-old girl accused of encouraging her daughter to fight another teenaged girl is being held on $50,000 bond in the Champaign County Jail
Judge Richard Klaus Friday arraigned Dawn Morris, 37, of the 800 block of West Harvard Street, of a single count of contributing to the criminal delinquency of a juvenile, and ordered her to be back in court May 26.
