Margin narrows to two votes in Champaign school election
URBANA – Stig Lanesskog came out the winner for a seat on the Champaign school board by just two votes.
Lanesskog received three more votes on election night than the fourth place candidate, Lynn Stuckey. They were among seven candidates running for three seats. But absentee and provisional ballots remained to be counted.
