Warrant issued for suspect in St. Joseph bank robbery
ST. JOSEPH – Champaign County sheriff's detectives have obtained an arrest warrant for a Champaign man they think held up a bank in St. Joseph earlier this month.
On Wednesday, a judge issued a warrant charging Reginald Haywood, 20, whose last known address was in the 1500 block of Thornton Drive, Champaign, with aggravated robbery. Haywood is accused taking cash from St. Joseph First Bank, 220 E. Grand St., just before noon April 3.
