Carle Clinic gets go-ahead to build new facility in Monticello

MONTICELLO – The Monticello City Council granted a rezoning request Monday that will allow Carle Clinic to build a new facility on the city's west side.

The council's 8-0 approval came just five days after the Monticello Planning Commission voted not to recommend approval of the same rezoning request.
