UI director of special events tries to make commencement memorable
There aren't many days more special in one's life than commencement day. Now multiply that by about 7,500 and you have some idea what this weekend will be like for Babette Hiles.
She's not graduating from the University of Illinois. But she's overseeing virtually all the events related to this year's commencement ceremonies.
