Philo man still hospitalized after accident in Urbana
URBANA – A Philo man remained hospitalized today with injuries he received in a three-vehicle accident on Urbana's east side Tuesday afternoon.
An Urbana police report said Narbey Khachaturian, 84, was driving south on Illinois 130 about 2:45 p.m. when he failed to stop at the red light at Windsor Road. A sport utility vehicle headed east on Windsor driven by Larry Millis, 66, of St. Joseph, then collided with Khachaturian's car.
