Second man charged in shooting outside Watseka bar

WATSEKA – A second person has been charged in connection with a murder in Watseka last month.

An Iroquois County grand jury last week indicted Chad A. Walwer, 24, of Watseka, for the April 14 shooting death of Roger McVay, 40, of Watseka.
