Bloomington man pleads innocent to eight charges
RANTOUL – A Bloomington man is being held at the Champaign County jail on $100,000 bond after being accused of wrestling a Rantoul police officer to the ground and attempting to grab his gun.
Angel Cruz-Hernandez, 29, who listed an address in Bloomington, pleaded innocent Thursday to three felony charges and five misdemeanor charges in connection with an incident in Rantoul.
