Groundbreaking set today for Crystal View Townhomes
URBANA – Local officials and developers were to break ground today for a $16.3 million mixed-income housing project in Urbana.
Plans for the Crystal View Townhomes, at the former site of the Lakeside Terrace public housing complex on Broadway Avenue south of Kerr Avenue, call for 70 apartments – 48 two-bedroom units with 1,000 square feet of space, 12 three-bedroom units with 1,300 square feet and 10 four-bedroom units with 1,370 square feet.
