Man arrested following scam of senior citizens
CHAMPAIGN – Champaign police have arrested a man in connection with a scam targeting senior citizens.
Champaign Police spokewoman Rene Dunn said police arrested Tysen James Richards, 45, who listed an address in the 400 block of Briar Lane, Champaign, in the 1100 block of North Prospect at 10:20 a.m. Thursday.
