Chicago man awaits sentencing on cocaine conviction
URBANA – A Chicago man convicted of possessing cocaine intended for sale faces up to 30 years in prison when sentenced next month.
A Champaign County jury last week convicted Marcus Posey, 23, of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance for having 30 rocks of crack cocaine in Urbana on Jan. 20.
