Head-on crash in Coles County leaves four dead

CHARLESTON – Four people, including a Philo man, were killed in a head-on collision between two pickup trucks in northern Coles County late Saturday morning.

One of the trucks, hauling a recreational camper, was consumed by fire after the impact.
