New director, more funds on tap for county's CASA program
The Champaign County Court Appointed Special Advocates program is getting a new director and an infusion of cash from a Rantoul man who wanted to help children.
Rush Record, 41, of Champaign, will assume the duties of executive director June 15. He takes the position formerly held by Genevieve "Gigi" Lambert, 63, of Champaign.
