Champaign man found hanging faces sex charges

URBANA – A Champaign man found hanging by a sheet at the Champaign County jail Sunday was to be tried later this month on child pornography charges.

Todd W. Kelly, 42, who listed an address in the 4800 block of West Windsor Road, has three pending sex-related cases, all of which involve the same victim. Two of the cases also name two other girls as victims.
