Lincoln Hall occupants clear way for potential renovations
URBANA – "Watch your head," the tour guide says, as he leads you into the truly ugly basement of the truly historic Lincoln Hall.
You don't have to be Yao Ming to bump your head on a pipe down here. Anyone over 4 feet tall is in serious danger of a contused noggin from the chaotic array of life-support devices in this 1909 edifice, one of the biggest and once the busiest classroom building on the Urbana Quad.
