Transfers of streets to university lead meeting agenda
URBANA – Sections of two campus streets will possibly be transferred from the city of Urbana to the University of Illinois.
Ordinances to vacate and transfer ownership of the portion of College Court between Maryland Drive and Lincoln Avenue, along with the portion of Maryland Drive between Florida and Pennsylvania avenues, will be discussed by Urbana council members meeting as a committee of the whole at 7 p.m. Monday at the city council chambers, 400 S. Vine St., U.
