Crash kills Georgetown man on I-74

DANVILLE – A 79-year-old Georgetown man was declared dead at the scene of a head-on crash on Interstate 74 near Danville that brought both east- and westbound traffic to a crawl.

Vermilion County Coroner Peggy Johnson said the man's name was not being released until family could be nofitied.
