Piece of Hollywood history flying in for stop in C-U

It has co-starred with Johnny Depp, Christian Bale and Jerry Lewis, was one of the first passenger aircraft and has held such non-glamorous roles as crop duster and forest fire fighter.

Area residents will be able to view – and even catch a ride in – a Ford Tri-Motor plane that was featured in the movies "Public Enemies" and "The Family Jewels" when it visits Frasca Field in Urbana Sept. 17-20.
