  •  Great Lakes Higher Education, Madison, Wis., $1.8 million
  •  North States Industries, Blaine, Minn., $705,000
  •  California-based Specialty Equipment Market Association, $562,000
  •  Western Disposal, Boulder, Colo., $398,000
  •  Dominican University, River Forest, $340,000
  •  Five other unnamed victims, $1.8 million
