Fundraiser for dental program on Sunday

CHAMPAIGN — A fundraiser will be held for SmileHealthy at Checkered Moon, 1731 W. Kirby Ave., C, from 4-7 p.m. Sunday.

The organization has teamed up with the Trillium Project to create pendants incorporating words from SmileHealthy's own child dental patients.

For every pendant purchased, 25 percent will be used to help SmileHealthy provide dental exams and treatments care for more children in Champaign County, said Nancy Greenwalt, executive director.
